Munu -- me in and (more often) me out
June 20 - My internet provider's frequent incapability to connect to Munu sites (including mine) continues to be a problem. Sometimes it lets me in long enough to start a post and then it loses the connection when I try to save.
Comments are disabled.
Post is locked.
I wouldn't be so angry if they had actually tried to address the problem, but when the same person asks me three different times in one conversation if I'm sure my modem is on then I get a little miffed.
This should all be resolved by Thursday because Hooray! We live in a country that allows consumers alternates.
Now let's see if this stupid post will publish.

Always always always compose your posts in Wordpad and copy/paste them to the munu site. There are so many things that can erase an entire post. I've gotten near the end of long posts and accidentally hit a key (I don't know which) with the side of my hand and **POOF!** the entire thing was gone. Sux.

Hey T.S.! Hit the wrong key myself on occasion, but this is clearly a problem with the ISP - their technician couldn't get mu.nu either, but he still had me running ping tests on the site (and after I had checked site meter to make sure that we weren't splattered at the time.)

That*s what I do. Compose comments in word and then after the first post, it can be edited and improved for another site if it fits, or you can sometimes fill it out for a post on one*s own site.
Gives you an archive in word files of your own comment history and you can look up some useful views when the need arises. TG
